Rent starts from £223 per calendar month and includes desk space, storage and shelving, use of our kitchen facilities and utility bills.  Use of a colour photocopier, telephone, internet points and wi-fi are available and will be charged at the going rate.  There is a cafe bar on the ground floor which offers tasty Thai noodles, a wide range of hot and cold drinks and free wi-fi.

You will also be able to use the theatre’s auditorium and rehearsal studio from as little as £10 per hour for meetings, events or training.
