Opening hours: Tuesday - Friday 10am - 6pm (and when there are performances)
All major credit cards accepted, there is a £1.00 charge per booking,
cheques payable to the Barbican Theatre. Tickets sent
second class post for a charge of 40p. Tickets can be reserved for five working days except for the week of the performance. After this time they will be released for re-sale.
Re-sales
Tickets may not be exchanged or refunded unless a performance is postponed
or cancelled. Tickets may be accepted for re-sale at a charge of 50p per
ticket, but will only be re-sold after all our tickets have been sold.
Reductions
Concessions are available on full price tickets at the Barbican
Theatre for Job Seekers Allowance, Housing Benefit, Single Parent
on allowances, Disability Benefit, Equity, local media staff, Students,
Under 16s, Over 60s and group bookings of 10 or over. Proof of eligibility
will be required at the box office. Plymcard discounts are available on
all performances with a ticket price of £2.50 or more. One reduction
per card.
Late Admissions
The management reserves the right to refuse, or restrict entry until a
suitable break or interval within a performance.
Disabled Access
Induction loop system available and wheelchair space in the auditorium
(advance booking advisable). Lift access to all floors. There are adapted
toilets available. If you have any specific needs please telephone our
box office. Access to the theatre is via steps and a cobbled hill, no
adjacent parking, drop off point only.

Follow the signs to the Barbican, once you are on Southside Street you
will find us at the end on the right before the Tourist Information or
Mayflower building.
