Strange Youngens 

For young people 14-25 years old - Annual auditions for entry - Thursdays 6:30-8:30pm

The Barbican Theatre’s resident theatre training company which offers young actors, directors and theatre makers the opportunity to train, create and perform at a professional level. The company is led and managed by young people.

Plymouth Youth Dance Company 

For young people 14-25 years old - Annual auditions for entry - Tuesdays 6-9pm

In its 15th year, the Barbican Theatre’s resident dance training company offers young dancers the opportunity to train, create and perform at a professional level.The company is well known for its unique, relevant and high quality performance work.

Auditions for both Strange Youngens Theatre Company and Plymouth Youth Dance Company will take place at the Beginning of October 2010.

This year we are not only looking for performers but also any young people that would like to be involved in the companies through; marketing, administration, design, costume, make up, lighting, stage management, sound, finance, whatever you can think of!
