You can buy tickets in person or by telephone by using any of the following cards Visa, Mastercard, Switch and Delta (£1.50 charge per booking) or you can reserve your seats and send full payment within two working days. Cheques should be made payable to the Barbican Theatre. On request tickets can be sent out via second class post for a charge of 40p.

Seats are no longer pre-allocated for any of the Barbican Theatre performance spaces.  Audiences are therefore advised to arrive at least 30 minutes before the start of the show.

re-sales

Tickets may not be exchanged or refunded unless a performance is postponed or cancelled. Tickets will only be re-sold after all our tickets have been sold.

reductions

Concessions are available on full price tickets at the Barbican Theatre for Job Seekers Allowance, Housing Benefit, Single Parent on allowances, Disability Benefit, Equity, Students, Under 16s, Over 60s and group bookings of 10 or over. Proof of eligibility will be required at the box office.

late admissions

The management reserves the right to refuse, or restrict entry until a suitable break or interval within a performance.

disabled access

Induction loop system available and wheelchair space in the auditorium (advance booking advisable). Lift access to all floors. There are adapted toilets available. If you have any specific needs please telephone our box office. Access to the theatre is via steps and a cobbled hill, no adjacent parking, drop off point only.
