Fluid in its conception TaskForce brings together new partners and collaborating artists for each location building creative networks that span the globe.
Its current project Liquid Landscapes is a three-year triptych based on the theme of water that began in Los Angeles, California in 2008.
Under the direction of award winning US-based site artist Stephan Koplowitz, eight adventurous UK and US dancers, a composer/performer, a filmmaker, and a host of invited area artists,TaskForce comes to the Plymouth area, Buckland Abbey and Dartington this summer converging on seven historically, culturally and ecologically significant water-related sites. After three weeks of intensive research, rehearsal and experimentation,TaskForce will perform seven different site-specific works throughout the region from June 20-28.
